2. the agencies or companies associated with this competition, including the entities that control or are otherwise affiliated with the participating premises.

The competition will run in participating Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars liquor licensed outlets (including online www.liquorland.com.au, www.firstchoiceliquor.com.au and www.vintagecellars.com.au ) which are displaying promotional material in Australia (each an Outlet).

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

1. make a Qualifying Purchase from an Outlet and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and
2. visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, and providing all other requested information to see if you have provisionally won an instant prize and to enter the major prize draw.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify the location a Qualifying Purchase was made (which must be an Outlet), the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.

There are up to 150 instant win prizes to be awarded randomly at pre-determined times during the Competition Period selected by a computerised random system at Studio 111, 87 Gladstone Street South Melbourne 3205.

There will be up to 231 winners determined in respect of this competition – up to 150 instant winners, 80 minor winners and 1 major winner.

There will be 1 draw conducted.

The draw will be held at 2pm (AEST) on 05/09/2025 at Studio 111, 87 Gladstone Street South Melbourne 3205.

The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including previous instant winning entries) will win the major prize. The next 80 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a minor prize.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, which may be used in the event a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

There are up to 231 prizes available – up to 150 instant win prizes, 80 minor prizes and 1 major prize.

Instant win prizes

Each instant win prize is a $50 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®.

Minor prizes

Each minor prize is a Winter Prize Pack valued at $255 that includes:

• 1 x pair of Furmoo Tart Moodles;
• 1 x Bamboo & Slate 3pc cheese board; and
• 1 x 750ml Treasury Wine Estates wine (chosen by the Promoter in its reasonable discretion).

The Promoter must also follow NSW regulations that state that a maximum of 20L of liquor where the alcohol is 20% or less by volume can be awarded in an entire promotion in NSW. To ensure the NSW limit is not exceeded, if there are more than 26 minor winners in NSW, the first 26 minor prize winners will receive a Winter Prize Pack and any further NSW winners will be offered an alternative non-alcoholic prize element (as selected by the Promoter) to the equivalent value of the original prize element.

Major prize

The major prize is a Trip for the winner and 1 adult companion to Arrowtown, New Zealand valued at up to $7,500 depending on the winner's point of departure.

You can only win one of each prize type (excluding instant win prizes) (except for SA residents).

If you win the major prize, your prize will be a trip for you and 1 adult companion to Arrowtown, New Zealand which includes the following for you and your companion:

1. return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city to Queenstown, New Zealand and return transfers between Queenstown airport and the accommodation;
2. 3 night's accommodation at The Honeymoon Chalet at HawkeRidge, Arrowtown, including daily breakfast; and
3. 4 day car hire.

In addition, the winner will receive $1,000AUD spending money, awarded via EFT to the winner's nominated Australian bank account within 28 business days from receipt of the winner's bank details.

It is a winner's responsibility to ensure that their bank details are entered correctly and are valid/up to date. The Promoter will not be liable where the winner is unable to receive this prize element as a result of them providing incorrect bank details.

The travel prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.

Black-out Travel Period: Christmas / New Years Holiday Period from 15/12/2025 - 12/01/2026.

The car hire awarded as part of the travel prize is subject to any conditions of the car hire provider. Such conditions may include that you (or your companion) must be aged 25 years or over and must have a current Australian driver's licence. If the conditions of the car hire provider are not met by you or your companion, the car hire component of the travel prize will not be provided and no additional cash or other prize will be provided in its place.

By accepting or participating in any prize, your companion accepts (and you must ensure they accept) these Terms and Conditions.

The instant win prize pool is valued at up to $7,500.

The minor prize pool is valued at up to $20,400.

The major prize pool valued at up to $7,500.

The overall total prize pool is valued at up to $35,400.

You can enter multiple times, up to 2 times per day, per person, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

To receive your Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard:

Upon verification, the prize will be sent to the winners by SMS (to the mobile phone number specified on the winner's claim form). Winners then need to activate the card using the Vault app – activation code will be provided in SMS. Once activated, the card can be added to the winner's phone's digital wallet (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) and can be used for purchasing goods and services where the card is accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions). The card cannot be used as a credit card and cannot be linked to any deposit account.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. You will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in your digital wallet. Instant prize winners will get a return message on-screen acknowledging their entry and informing them if they have provisionally won a prize and if so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize. Verification may take up to 5 business days.

All other winners will be notified in writing by email within 7 days of determination and will have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 12/09/2025 for a period of 28 days.

You must keep your original itemised purchase receipt(s) for your Qualifying Purchase(s) as proof of purchase for all entries.

If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.

If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.

There will be no unclaimed instant win prizes. All instant win prizes will be automatically awarded to winners via SMS to the mobile phone number associated with their entry. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure that they enter their mobile number correctly. If they fail to enter their mobile number correctly, the prize will be forfeited.

Minor/Major prize claim date: By 5pm (AEST) on 03/10/2025. 

Minor/Major unclaimed prize determination: 12pm (AEDT) 06/10/2025 at the same location as the original draw.

If a minor or major prize during the Competition Period has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts (including by contacting the winner by phone), the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize.

Any winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination and will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 10/10/2025 for a period of 28 days.

If any minor or major prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 06/11/2025.

If you are a winner, you and (if applicable) your companion must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent (and must ensure your companion consents) to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.

The information you/your companion provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and fulfilling the prize. The Promoter may collect your/your companion's personal information (including through its contractors or agents) and disclose your/your companion's personal information to its contractors and agents. to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with you/your companion's.

If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth).

By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition. The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. You/your companion's can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you by contacting the Promoter at the address stated in the Promoter section of these conditions.
